
Buring was born in Sweden, but she spent her childhood in the Middle East. Alongside actor and producer Stegath Dorr, Buring attended high school in Muscat, Oman. She was a childhood friend. When she turned 16, she moved to England. Buring graduated in 2004 from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. She is also an associate director at the MahWaff Theatre Company. Buring was an actor as well in the Shakespeare's Twelfth Night production staged by Exeter's Northcott Theatre Company. Along with Sara Weymouth, David Gwillim, Buring appeared in a new play Sullied by Michael Kingsbury at London's Finborough Theatre. She starred in Guardians and Monologue for an Ensemble. An Inspector called was her first show with MahWaff Theatre Company. From March 2014 to March 2014, she was currently starring as Strangers on a Train in London at the Gielgud Theater.
