Lowell began acting in Dangerously Close, followed by one small role in Club Paradise, starring as Robin Williams. The actress played the role of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989) and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She appeared on the spinoff Law & Ordinary's Law & Order Trial by Jury in 2005, and later again on the original series in 2022. [6] She had been dissatisfied with her acting career, and applied to New York University to study documentary filmmaking. [4] She took a break from acting in the mid-2000s. Lowell was able to lend her voice and appearance to Lowell in the role of her Licence to Kill character in 007 Legends. 2018 saw her return to the television screen, where she was a guest on Blue Bloods.
