
Lowell began acting in Dangerously Close, followed by one small role in Club Paradise, starring as Robin Williams. The actress played the role of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989) and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She appeared on the spinoff Law & Ordinary's Law & Order Trial by Jury in 2005, and later again on the original series in 2022.
